Boston’s oldest chocolatier, Phillips Chocolates, is celebrating its 90^th Anniversary with exciting news. The family-owned and operated company’s best-selling chocolate turtles have made Oprah’s Favorite Things List 2015. The Signature Chocolate Basket filled with two and a half pounds of milk, dark and white assorted turtles - pecan, cashew and almond and the five-pound Giant Chocolate Basket filled with 15 pounds of assorted turtles, have both been hand selected and endorsed by Oprah.
