Seaboard Bindery asked CM to recommend and implement a marketing strategy to help generate sales leads on all bindery services, while promoting its more profitable services. As Seaboard is the only bindery licensed in New England for both Otabind and RepKover work, two unique lay flat processes, CM suggested building a direct mail campaign around these services to differentiate the company from its competition. CM worked with industry leaders to generate a highly targeted database of prospective customers, then developed a memorable direct mail marketing campaign that generated more than double the typical rate of return expected from direct mail. The campaign won an award from the Public Relations Society of America and was featured in the industry trade journal High Volume Printing.
