Located less than 1 hour away from Boston and Providence in Wrentham, MA, Lake Pearl Luciano’s is an impressive and very popular meeting and banquet facility serving the corporate, social and wedding markets. For several years, Lake Pearl’s marketing and advertising programs were designed and executed internally by its management and sales staff. However, owners realized that to stay ahead of the competition and increase market share they had to enlist the talents and resources of a full-service marketing agency. Enter CM Communications. Working closely with Lake Pearl’s owners and management team, CM Communications conducted a situation analysis and marketing evaluation of the property’s history and current market share. Based on that information, we drafted a strategic marketing plan with budget detailing sales, marketing, advertising and internet marketing programs to reach targeted demographic and geographic market segments. We went on to implement all phases of the marketing plan beginning by upgrading and redesigning Lake Pearl’s logo, letterhead and sales materials to reflect the beauty of the property. On an on-going basis we provide marketing consulting services, including print media buying, direct mail campaign implementation and web design and maintenance.
