Based in Newton, MA, The Green Company has been creating unique residential communities in New England for over 50 years. One of the most honored builders of all time, this regional firm can boast that it is the first and only builder to win all three of the national housing industry’s most prestigious awards: the Lee Evans Award for Business Management Excellence (2001), America’s Best Builder (2000) and the National Housing Quality Award (1999).

Recognizing the positive impact PR has on corporate branding and home sales, The Green Company asked CM Communications to add PR expertise to its in-house marketing team. On-going PR services include pitching stories to the local, regional and national real estate media that will enhance the Green Company’s reputation as a leader in residential home building and raise awareness of Winslowe’s View, The Green Company’s neighborhood at the Pinehills, Plymouth, MA. To commemorate the company’s 50th Anniversary. CM Communications tapped its contacts at Boston Magazine to create a free-standing advertising supplement supported in total by Green Company business partners and vendors. We came up with the idea, arranged the cover photo shoot, and wrote the copy for this memorable and effective marketing piece. In addition, we created the Green Company’s corporate brochure – everything from copywriting to graphic design to print production.
